The authors have done well by normalizing some of the subtleties of the conditions. I particularly like the fact that there is a focus on personality, interests, and hobbies which empowers the reader to see that they are much more than a label for medical symptoms. The book will help with improving knowledge but more importantly help with self-esteem issues which is often neglected in books on the subject.
