The hand-forged G (Treble) Clef along with the custom cut notes are soldered along the staff lines.  The sterling silver wires which make up the staff lines are woven together, circling your neck until they are clasped in front.  It measures about 18″ long from the clasp to the space between the clef and the eighth note.
